Mathematics

In accordance with the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework, incorporating the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, it is our goal that students studying mathematics at Algonquin become confident in their ability to develop their depth of understanding mathematics.  Students become mathematics problem solvers and learn to reason and communicate mathematically. The math courses described in the following pages are designed to help students achieve that goal. Students should consult with their current teacher as to the best course selection for them.
