Milestones

Spring 2022

• Schematic Design of Master Plan assembled by civil engineering firm - Gale Associate, Inc. 

Fall 2022

• Cost Estimates finalized

Fall 2022

• Meetings with Northborough and Southborough financial planning boards
• Permit applications submitted to Town of Northborough
• Proposals submitted to each town’s Community Preservation Committees for grant funding. 

Winter 2023

• Community outreach to user groups and community
• Procurement process commences - bid materials sent to contractors. 

March/April 2023

• Project presented at Northborough and Southborough Town Meetings for approval

May 2023

• Contract & Plans finalized with contractor

Summer 2023

• Demolition of old complex
• Construction begins

Fall 2023

• Construction of Courts, Fields and Track is completed

Winter 2023

• Renovation to amenities building

Spring 2023

• Grounds around stadium are updated
• Project Completion
